CLASS POLICIES

• Payment in full is required to reserve your space in class.
• You may withdraw from a class one week prior to the first day of class to receive a full refund of the class fee. After that time, refunds will be issued as store credit for future classes. No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or class credit.
• Please note that there needs to be a minimum of 2 participants in order to run a class. If at least 2 people do not register, you will be notified at least 24 hours beforehand.
• In the event The Quilt Tree deems it necessary to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund of the class fee.
• We cannot photocopy patterns or books as it is an infringement on copyright law. You will need to purchase the pattern or book required for class.
